Kiwa PAI undertakes audits and certification in all of the food sectors across a range of accredited, non-accredited and bespoke schemes.
Our main activity is offering BRC audits and certification to food, packaging, storage and distribution and agents and brokers standards, but we also offer other non-accredited schemes such as meat claims and origin labelling, protected food name, 2nd party supplier audits and audits specific to a customer.
We can offer pre-audits to all these schemes so that the requirements of the standard are fully understood before an audit takes place.
Certification is against the suite of BRC Global Standards, recognised internationally as the Global Food Safety Initiative benchmarked food safety standard, and is used by supply chains in every continent. The BRC standard covers food safety, legality and quality with focus on management commitment, HACCP, quality management, site standards, product control, process control and personnel.
To ensure the trust and integrity of the BRC standards, BRC invests heavily in compliance, as demonstrated in this BRC Compliance Report.
Kiwa PAI can audit the entire food chain, including traders and logistics operations against specific safety, operational and quality criteria.
