Kiwa Blackwood was the first laboratory to achieve UKAS accreditation (No. 2667) for EMF testing to EN 50366 using the preferred Time Domain Evaluation method.
The Official Journal of the Low Voltage Directive calls up EN 62233:2008. “Household and similar appliances – Electromagnetic Fields – Methods for evaluation and measurement”.
EN 62233:2008 provides several test methods by which the magnetic field emissions from products can be compared to the general public restrictions and levels over the frequency range of 10Hz to 400kHz.
This above standard is now called up under EN 60335-1:2012 and is now needed to enable you to fully declare compliance to the standard.
Who is this for?
Individuals, businesses and organisations who require EMF testing to investigate the possible impact of local electromagnetic interference.
